DELIVERY

We deliver orders using UK Mail. All of our deliveries are shipped out the next working day after your order is processed*.

For deliveries to other countries, please email us at customerservices@businesswardrobe.com

Please Note:

*Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday, will be processed on the following working day.

Orders placed after 14:00 will be processed on the following working day.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you are able to return it to us for a refund within a period of 14 days following the receipt of the goods. The price of the garment will be refunded to the credit card against which you made the original payment. All items must be unworn, with their tags and labels in place and with their original packaging. Items must also be free of fragrance and any markings.

Goods can be returned FREE OF CHARGE using our courier service at UK Mail. Please contact our Customer Services team to arrange a collection. This can be done by e-mail to customerservices@businesswardrobe,com. Please note that this service is only available Monday to Friday.

Each return should be accompanied by the Returns Advice that accompanied your delivery. You should write the Web order number on the Returns Advice prior to sending it to us.
