DELIVERY

For a limited period of time, Business Wardrobe is offering free next day delivery and free returns for customers on the mainland UK and in the Republic of Ireland.

Business Wardrobe delivers orders using UK Mail services, provided by Business Post. All of our deliveries are shipped out on the next working day after your order is processed*.

Please Note:

*Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday, will be processed on the following working day.

Orders placed after 14:00 will be processed on the following working day.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you are able to return it to us for a refund within a period of 14 days following the receipt of the goods. The price of the garment will be refunded to the credit card against which you made the original payment. All items must be unworn, with their tags and labels in place and with their original packaging. Items must also be free of fragrance and any markings.

Prior to returning any garment(s), you should contact our Customer Services team to request a Returns Number. This can be done by telephone on +44(0)845 271 2791 or by e-mail to returns@businesswardrobe,com. You should retain a record of this number.

Each return should be accompanied by the Returns Advice that accompanied your delivery. You should write the Returns Number on the Returns Advice prior to sending it to us.

Your goods can be posted back to us using the packaging in which they were delivered. Simply attach a label to the packaging with our FREEPOST address. The address is given on the Returns Advice that accompanied your delivery.
