DELIVERY

We deliver orders to mainland UK, Ireland and the Channel Islands using UK Mail. All of our deliveries are shipped out within 3 working days after your order is processed*.

All deliveries to these destinations are charged at our standard rate. For deliveries to other countries, please email us at customerservices@businesswardrobe.com for a quotation for delivery prior to processing an order.

Please Note:

* Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday, will be processed on the following working day. Orders placed after 14:00 will be processed on the following working day.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you are able to return it to us for a refund within a period of 14 days following the receipt of the goods. The price of the garment will be refunded to the credit card against which you made the original payment. All items must be unworn, with their tags and labels in place and with their original packaging. Items must also be free of fragrance and any markings.

Each return should be accompanied by the Returns Advice that accompanied your delivery. You should write the Web order number on the Returns Advice prior to sending it to us.

We recommend that you return goods using a registered post service.
